Privacy Policy.

This Policy explains how Macrodata Labs handles personal information and Customer Data when you use our services.

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Macrodata Labs, Inc. ("Macrodata," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use our websites, applications, APIs, command-line tools, documentation, cloud execution services, and related services.

This Policy applies to personal information. It does not transfer ownership of your code, datasets, outputs, files, models, prompts, secrets, or other materials you submit to or process through the Services.

2. Information We Collect

We collect account information such as name, email address, login credentials, organization and workspace membership, account settings, API keys, session information, and information needed to authenticate and administer your account.

We collect service information needed to operate the product, including workspace details, job names and configuration, runtime settings, status, logs, errors, resource metrics, usage records, storage paths, and support or contact messages you send us.

For billing, we collect and process billing contact details, payment status, credit purchases, usage records, tax information, invoice information, and limited payment-method details such as card brand, last four digits, and expiration date.

We collect device and usage information such as browser or device data, IP address, pages or features used, performance information, diagnostics, and security events.

3. Customer Data

You retain ownership of your Customer Data. Macrodata does not sell Customer Data and does not use Customer Data to train models.

Macrodata stores and processes the job configuration, execution materials, logs, metrics, paths, credentials, and metadata needed to provide the Services. Datasets and generated output files remain in the storage locations you configure unless you intentionally include that content in job configuration, logs, support messages, or other information you submit to us.

You are responsible for the information you choose to include in jobs, logs, prompts, outputs, file paths, support requests, and other submitted materials.

4. How We Use Information

We use information to provide, operate, secure, bill, support, maintain, and improve the Services; authenticate users; run and monitor jobs; show logs and metrics; process payments and taxes; prevent abuse; troubleshoot issues; communicate with you; and comply with legal obligations.

We use product analytics and diagnostics to understand reliability, performance, and usage patterns.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies, session storage, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, secure the Services, remember preferences, operate product features, and measure performance and usage.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, but some Services may not work correctly without required cookies or storage.

6. How We Share Information

We share information with service providers that help us host, operate, secure, analyze, support, bill, and deliver the Services. These providers are authorized to process information only as needed to provide services to us or comply with law.

We may share information with third-party services you choose to connect or use through the Services, with your workspace members according to their roles, with professional advisers, in connection with corporate transactions, or when required to comply with law, enforce our agreements, or protect rights, safety, and security.

We do not sell personal information or Customer Data.

7. Security and Retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, Customer Data, and workspace secrets.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, and support backups and audits. Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and why we collected it.

8. Your Choices and Rights

You can update account and workspace information in the Services. You can also request access, correction, deletion, export, or other rights available under applicable privacy law.

We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and some information may be retained where required or permitted by law, security, billing, backups, or legitimate business needs.

9. International Processing

Macrodata is based in the United States. We and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where privacy laws may differ from those in your location.

10. Changes and Contact

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice by posting the updated Policy, updating the effective date, emailing account contacts, or providing in-product notice.

Questions or privacy requests can be sent to [email protected].
